Surveillance footage shows ICE agents stopping the car in fatal Maine shooting
Security footage shows ICE agents stopping the car carrying the 26-year-old Colombian man who was killed by a federal agent in Biddeford, Maine. The Department of Homeland Security said an ICE officer opened fire "fearing for public safety" as the victim "attempted to flee the scene" in a vehicle.
