Telstra says its sorry for letting Australians down after last week’s nationwide outage, but how is it going compensate customers left out of pocket?
The telco will face questions in a parliamentary hearing later this week on the cause and the effects of the outage, which blocked hundreds of emergency calls and brought down payment systems and even regional trains.
